Tiffany Elle Burgess, Screenwriter, Actress, Producer

Bio: Tiffany Elle Burgess has been writing since she was six years old. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Hampton University in 2001 and a Master of Public Health degree from Emory University, Rollins School of Public Health in 2002. She completed a Creative Writing and Publishing Course at Emory University in 2007. In August 2016, Ms. Burgess released her first children's book, "Skin Like Mine". "Skin Like Mine" was well received and featured in the February 2017 issue of Essence magazine among other publications. As a writer, Ms. Burgess has contributed to major platforms such as the Huffington Post and Blavity. Ms. Burgess and her partners, Jack Manning, III and Lawrence Watford formed the production company, Tyler Street Films, LLC. Their first short film “FLIPPED”, was completed in March 2018 and has been screened at the Newark International Film Festival, Indie Film Festival Night in Los Angeles, The New York City Independent Film Festival, and the Orlando Film Festival. Ms. Burgess is the screenwriter and co- producer for the film. The trio has released 2 more films, “Catharsis” and “Skin Like Mine”, an animated short film based on Ms. Burgess’ book. In 2019, Ms. Burgess released her second children's book, "The Adventures of Junior and Baby Brother: Spencer's Special Gift". She launched her acting career through the Premier Actors' Network under Instructor/Actor/Photographer, Dwayne Boyd. She has appeared in short films, commercials, and comedic skits. As an actress, Ms. Burgess is represented by People Store Agency in Atlanta, Georgia.

Lawrence "Law" Watford

Lawrence Watford, Director, Producer

Bio: Lawrence Watford (or LAW, as he’s known) has been a storyteller for as long as he can remember. As an avid political junkie, he received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Hampton University in 2000 and subsequently enrolled as a directing student at Regent University where he earned a Master of Arts in Communications. Since that time, LAW has been able to grow as a film professional, holding various positions on several feature films and network television shows, like “I Am Legend” and “Law & Order SVU”. He is one-third of the production company, Tyler Street Films. For the short film, “FLIPPED”, Mr. Watford is the director and producer. For the second film, “Catharsis”, he is the creator, screenwriter, and director. “Catharsis” has been praised, having been accepted to several film festivals and selected to be screened on Revolt TV. Essence Magazine named him one of the “7 Independent Filmmakers to Watch”. Lawrence Watford is constantly looking for ways to tell stories that challenge and excite viewers as he expands his creative body of work through his work as a content creator, director, and screenwriter.

Jack L. Manning III

Jack Manning, III, Director of Photography, Producer

Bio: Jack Manning III was born in Rochester, Michigan. Throughout his childhood he was often found with a pencil in his hand drawing some of his favorite cartoon characters and automobiles. Once he was accepted to Hampton University he majored in Graphic Design and Photography, graduating in 2002. Post-graduation, Mr. Manning eventually became a full-time freelance photographer. Starting his own business, he set out to make a living doing the thing that he loves the most, Visual Arts. His work has been published in Essence magazine, Ebony magazine, BET, VIBE, Source magazine, ABC’s Good Morning America,, Sister, Sister magazine, and countless websites and blogs that focus on fashion, beauty, advertising, and weddings. Over the years Jack has nurtured his passion for television and film. His debut short film “FLIPPED”, was well-received. Mr. Manning is the creator and producer of “FLIPPED”. He is also the brainchild behind Tyler Street Films, LLC, the production company he formed with fellow Hampton University alums, Lawrence Watford, and Tiffany Elle Burgess. Jack Manning continues to work as a content creator, photographer/videographer, and producer in Atlanta, Georgia.
